Refund & Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

• Products must be unused and undamaged

• Products must be returned in original condition

3. Custom-Made Products

Custom-made or personalized products manufactured according to customer specifications are non-refundable, unless defective.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds are made using the original payment method.
